Early in the morning, at 04:00am, our driver guide will pick you up from your hotel in Dar es Salaam and drive to Mikumi National Park, a 5-6 hour transfer.

On arrival at the main gate of Mikumi, you will start with the game drive until sunset. You will see many animals like elephants, giraffes, lions, antelope, and many more. Enjoy lunch in the park. Witness the stunning sunset over the savannah before return to Mikumi Park Cottages for dinner and your overnight stay.

Wake up early at 06:00am and enjoy a sunrise game drive in Mikumi when animals are most actives. Sunrise is an excellent time to spot lions and other animals. Proceed with the game drive up at 9:00am, when you will return for breakfast. After breakfast, start the journey to Dar es Salaam and enjoy a game drive en route. Upon arrival in Dar es Salaam, we will drop you off at the agreed location.
