Day 1

Serengeti's wildlife wonderland

Serengeti's wildlife wonderland

Early in the morning, we will pick you up from your hotel in Arusha and drive to Serengeti National Park. Once we arrive, we will do a sunset or evening game drive, heading to the central part of the park.

The Serengeti is known for its endless plains of savannah and forest landscapes. It is an area of about 30,000 square kilometers in the north of Tanzania and Kenya, of which 80% is in Tanzania. The park is famous for the migration involving about 1.5 million herbivores and followers. Thousands of predators follow them because of the drought in the northern hills and southern plains. After the rains in mid-April, they return via a detour through the western part. The grasslands cover more than one-third of the park, where you will find many animals throughout the year.

At the end of the afternoon, we'll arrive at the campsite in the middle of the Serengeti. Your tent will be prepared, and in the evening, the chef will cook a delicious dinner for you.

Exploring Ngorongoro Crater to Arusha's heartland

On your final day of safari, you'll start early. After breakfast, you'll head down to the crater floor at about 6:30 am.

The Ngorongoro Crater is the world’s largest dormant, whole, and unbroken volcanic caldera. It boasts a vast expanse of about 260 square kilometers with a depth exceeding 2,000 feet. A 5-hour wildlife viewing excursion on the crater floor will present abundant animal sightings. It's advisable to have your camera ready. You're likely to see African elephants, buffaloes, black rhinos, hippos, hyenas, cheetahs, and lions in abundance. Following a picnic lunch beside the scenic Hippo Pool, you'll commence a sharp climb to the crater's exit. This marks the conclusion of your safari adventure, with a 4-hour journey back to Arusha.

You will arrive at your chosen location in Arusha by 6:00 pm. This moment marks the end of an unforgettable journey packed with remarkable experiences and memories to hold onto as you part ways with your team.
