Day 1

Your adventure begins after breakfast, when we pick you up from your hotel in Arusha for the journey to Tarangire National Park. The 2-3 hour drive takes you through scenic rural landscapes, with views of local villages and sprawling fields. Upon arrival at Tarangire, you'll embark on a thrilling game drive. Known for its large elephant herds and iconic baobab trees, the park is teeming with wildlife. You’ll spot lions, giraffes, zebras, and buffaloes, often gathering near the Tarangire River.

Bird enthusiasts will be delighted by the chance to see over 550 species, including the striking Masai ostrich and vibrant starlings. Midday, you'll stop for a picnic lunch in the heart of the park, surrounded by nature’s beauty. Afterward, the game drive continues, offering more opportunities to encounter the park's incredible wildlife. Day 2

Tarangire to Ngorongoro Crater

Day two begins with an early breakfast before heading to Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of Africa’s greatest natural treasures. The drive takes you through scenic highlands, offering stunning views. Once you arrive, you’ll descend into the crater, a vast volcanic caldera rich with wildlife. It’s an excellent spot to see the "Big Five"—lions, elephants, buffaloes, leopards, and the elusive black rhino.

Your guide will lead an exciting game drive across the crater floor, where you'll also encounter zebras, wildebeests, and hippos. The lake at the centre of the crater is often adorned with vibrant flamingos, adding to the park's beauty. At midday, you’ll pause for a picnic lunch, surrounded by the dramatic crater walls and thriving wildlife. After a final afternoon game drive, soaking in the last moments of this incredible place, you'll ascend the crater and begin your journey back to Arusha, with unforgettable memories of this amazing day.

Day 3

Arusha to Mount Kilimanjaro Hike

Your last day begins with an early pick-up from your hotel and a scenic drive to the Marangu Gate at the base of Mount Kilimanjaro. Known as the "Coca-Cola Route," Marangu is the most popular trail for a Kilimanjaro day hike. After meeting your guide and completing the registration, you’ll embark on a hike through lush rainforest, home to unique wildlife such as colobus monkeys and a variety of birds.

The trail offers stunning views of towering trees, ferns, and moss-covered rocks, as well as the fresh mountain air. As you ascend, you’ll reach the Mandara Hut, the halfway point of the Marangu route. Here, you’ll enjoy a packed lunch while taking in breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape, including the Maundi Crater.

After some rest, you’ll begin your descent back through the forest to the Marangu Gate. Your driver will be waiting to take you back to Arusha, where you'll be dropped off at your hotel, ending your adventure-filled day on the slopes of Africa’s tallest mountain.
