Day 1

After breakfast, we’ll pick you up from your hotel in Arusha for the start of your exciting 3-day safari. You'll embark on a scenic 2-3 hour drive to Tarangire, passing through charming villages and vast landscapes along the way. Famous for its large herds of elephants and majestic baobab trees, Tarangire offers incredible wildlife sightings. Your guide will lead you on an exhilarating game drive where you’ll spot lions, zebras, giraffes, and buffaloes around the life-giving Tarangire River. Bird enthusiasts can enjoy over 550 species, including the Masai ostrich and vibrant kingfishers.

Around midday, you'll stop for a picnic lunch in the park, surrounded by breathtaking nature. Day two begins with an early breakfast before setting off to the world-famous Ngorongoro Crater. A scenic drive takes you through the lush highlands and stunning landscapes, leading to the dramatic descent into the crater. This ancient caldera is a wildlife paradise, home to the "Big Five"—lions, elephants, rhinos, buffaloes, and leopards—as well as hippos, wildebeests, zebras, and gazelles. Your guide will take you on an unforgettable game drive, offering close-up views of these magnificent creatures in their natural habitat.

At midday, you’ll enjoy a picnic lunch amidst the crater's breathtaking surroundings, with a chance to spot more wildlife at every turn. The crater’s diverse ecosystem also hosts flamingos gathering around the lake, creating a picturesque scene. After lunch, continue your exploration, capturing incredible photos and soaking in the beauty of the site. As the day winds down, you’ll ascend the crater and head to your lodge or campsite for a relaxing evening.

Lake Manyara National Park to Arusha

On the final day, after an early breakfast, you'll set off to explore the beautiful Lake Manyara National Park. Famous for its diverse landscapes, the park is a stunning blend of lush forests, open savannahs, and the sparkling lake itself. As you enter the park, you'll be greeted by baboons, tree-climbing lions, and herds of elephants. Bird lovers will be in awe of the large flocks of flamingos that line the lake’s shores, along with pelicans, storks, and numerous other bird species.

Your guide will lead you on a game drive, where you’ll spot hippos cooling off in the lake, giraffes strolling across the plains, and zebras grazing in the open grasslands. Around midday, you’ll enjoy a picnic lunch with a view of the lake, soaking in the serene beauty of the park. After one final game drive in the afternoon, it will be time to leave Lake Manyara behind. You’ll begin the return journey to Arusha, where you'll be dropped off at your hotel, completing your incredible 3-day safari adventure.
