Stretching along the base of the striking 600-meter-high Rift Valley escarpment for 50 kilometers, Lake Manyara is a picturesque gem.

Beginning at the entrance gate, the road meanders through a lush forest of groundwater vegetation. Arriving late in the evening at Ngorongoro, you'll spend the night on the crater rim. Dinner and overnight accommodations await you at Ngorongoro Angata tented lodge.

Day 5
Crater to Arusha

Start your day with an early breakfast, then proceed directly to the Crater floor for a 6-hour wildlife expedition. Within the crater's boundaries, you'll have the opportunity to encounter the majestic big five animals: Lions, leopards, elephants, buffaloes, and perhaps even black rhinoceros. Enjoy your picnic lunches at Ngoitoktok spring within the crater, where you can also observe other notable mammals such as hippopotamuses, giraffes, warthogs, baboons, and a variety of birds.
After approximately 6 hours, ascend from the crater rim and begin your journey to Arusha. Along the way, indulge in an en-route game drive, including a pass through the Mto wa Mbu village.
By evening, you'll reach your hotel in Arusha town.
