Serengeti National Park
Today is all about exploring the Serengeti on a safari. The Serengeti is home to lots of animals like impala, buffalo, crocodiles, and hippos. But it's most famous for the big herds of zebras, antelopes, and wildebeests that migrate across the region. Their journey depends on the rainfall and changes every year. In November and December, they move from the north, with its woodlands and hills, to the southern grassy plains. During the longer rainy season from April to June, they head back north. Besides the migrating herds, we might also spot resident predators like leopards, cheetahs, and lions doing their part in the circle of life.
After a long day of exploring, we'll go to our place to have a good dinner and spend another night by the fire. We can relax and chat under the beautiful African night sky on the 'Endless Plain.

Serengeti National Park to Ngorongoro Crater
After enjoying a tasty breakfast, we'll leave Serengeti and go to Ngorongoro Crater. We might see the 'Big Five' animals – lions, elephants, buffaloes, rhinos, and leopards – as we travel. This special place, recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of Africa's wonders, was formed millions of years ago. It's 600 meters deep and spans about 260 square kilometers. The crater is home to around 25,000 ungulates, making it the best spot for wildlife viewing in Tanzania.
We'll reach the Crater rim before lunch and then descend inside. We'll quickly see animals like wildebeests, zebras, gazelles, elephants, and over 500 bird species. If we're lucky, we might even catch a glimpse of the rare black rhino in the grass.
