Day 1

You will transfer from the airport to your hotel choice, (Moshi/Arusha), for an overnight stay and relaxation before the amazing hike the next day.

Early in the morning after enjoying your delicious breakfast, you'll be picked up for a 2-hour drive to Kilimanjaro National Park’s Marangu Gate. You will hike through the tropical rainforest, encountering black-and-white Colobus monkeys, blue monkeys, and diverse bird species. Our English-speaking guide will share insights about Kilimanjaro, its flora, and fauna. You'll connect with fellow climbers on the trail, gaining inspiration for your own ascent. After a 3 to 4-hour hike, you will rest at Mandara Hut (2,700m) for a hot lunch and champagne. A short 15-minute trek to Maundi Crater provides stunning views of Mount Kilimanjaro. You'll descend to the gate for suitable Kilimanjaro songs "jambo", "hakuna matata" and return to your hotel.
