Depart Kampala early morning taking a panoramic drive north-west through the famous Luwero Triangle. Stop over at the Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary. Opened up in 1998, the Rhino Fund aims at reintroducing black and white Rhinos into Uganda’s protected areas as well as educating the local communities on endangered Rhinos, poaching, and environmental conservation. The Rhino trek takes 1-2 hours and you will get an opportunity of viewing them at close quarters kob. Have a lunch stop in Masindi and continue to the top of the falls. Checking in for dinner and overnight at accommodation.

Explore Murchison Falls National Park
Early morning game drive to search for giraffes, lions, heartbeats, elephants, cape buffalo, and many other mammals. Birds include the Black Chested Snake Eagle, Blue Napped Mousebirds, the Secretary bird, Swallow Tailed Bee-eaters, and the Silver Headed Agama. After lunch, enjoy a boat ride on the placid Victoria Nile to the foot of the magnificent Murchison Falls where the Nile plunges through a narrow crevice and over a 40-metre drop. En route, you may see the Nile crocodile, pools of hippos, waterbucks, and a variety of bird species. Disembark from your boat and take a 45-minute hike to the gorge where the river explodes into several cascades to form the falls. Dinner and Overnight.

Transfer to Transfer to Kibale National Park
After breakfast our safari driver guide and departure for your amazing journey to Kibale Forest National Park, you will have a lunch stopover at Fort Portal Town and late processed to Kibale Forest. This evening go for the Bigodi swamp primate walk or Bigodi community walk
The Bigodi community walk leads you to the homes of the local communities who stay near the park. While on this village walk, you will be escorted by a resident with enough information about the culture and norms of different people and their tribes. It will be a door-to-door village tour where you will visit schools and churches. This walk will expose you to the village life, especially in the remote areas. Return to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Chimpanzee Habituation & Afternoon Bigodi swap walk
An early breakfast and it is time for your Chimpanzee Habituation Experience, you will participate in an orientation and you are off into the deep forest to meet the group that is being habituated. You will be with researchers, trackers, and others who are part of the Habituation Process making Chimpanzees feel comfortable with humans near them. This process takes two years or longer and today you are part of that process.
Chimpanzee habituation is a learning experience since you are not just one hour in the presence of a group of chimpanzees, but half a day observing their habits and ways. You will also receive plenty of input from your guide since he keeps you informed of what is happening before you.
The chimpanzees will not be the only primates or wildlife that you will spot, but this is home to 12 other primates, the 350-plus species of birds, thereafter go to Bigodi wetland to search for the rare shoe bills, sitatungas, and many more primates.

Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest
After an early Breakfast, drive out southwards via the Ishasha sector in such for the tree-climbing lions. This sector is famous for the tree-climbing lions. After a short game drive around we will continue with the drive to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park for a mountain gorilla Habituation experience the next day. Dinner and overnight.

Gorilla habituation experience in Bwindi Forest
You will wake up early in the morning and head to the park headquarters to join other clients for a briefing about dos and don’ts while with mountain gorillas on your habituation experience. After briefing, you will start your trek into the forest guided by researchers and guides. During your trek, you may encounter several birds, other animals, and primates in the forest, and once you have found the gorillas you will spend four hours with them and return to the Lodge overnight. You will have an opportunity to listen and observe researchers doing their work of habituating mountain gorillas and if possible, you will be called upon to participate by collecting samples, naming group members, making calls and so much more.

Travel back to Kampala
After a relaxed cup of coffee, today we say good bye to the rainforest we travel back to Entebbe or Kampala with lunch along the way. Arrive in Kampala during the late afternoon.
