Day 1

Pick up at Arusha Town (Jevas Hotel), after meet and greet by Suricata Safaris guide or representative, you will depart to Tarangire for about 6-7 hours of game drive in Tarangire National Park with a picnic lunch. Herds of up to 300 elephants scrape the waterless riverbed for alternative streams, while nomadic wildebeests, zebras, buffalos, impalas, gazelles, hartebeests, and elands mass the decreased lagoons. This national park holds migrants during the dry season and is a welcoming home to elephants. You will have dinner and an overnight stay at Suricata at Suricata Boma Lodge.

We'll start with an early breakfast to fuel up for a thrilling day of discovery and adventure! Our journey begins with a picturesque drive towards the Serengeti. En route, we'll traverse the fog-enshrouded rainforests of the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, where the fortunate may spot cape buffaloes, baboons, or even elephants and leopards hidden in the lush underbrush.

Following a delightful lunch at the Serengeti National Park picnic area, we'll venture into the Serengeti itself. Prepare to be captivated by the iconic savannah landscape of Africa and the vast array of wildlife that inhabits these verdant plains.
We'll conclude the day with dinner and an overnight stay at the heart of the Serengeti National Park, tailored to the standard and type of accommodation you've selected from our options.

Day 3

After breakfast, we immediately hit the road back to Ngorongoro Crater National Park. Our route through the Serengeti differs from the previous day, providing ample opportunities to observe the wildlife that remained unseen on day two. The landscape is teeming with herds of animals as far as the eye can see; wildebeests and zebras migrating in unison, elegant giraffes, bounding antelopes and gazelles, the formidable African elephant, and the revered predators. You'll have the opportunity to see sleek cheetahs, elusive leopards, scavenging hyenas, and, of course, the majestic lion. We'll have dinner and spend the night on the edge of the Ngorongoro Crater, with accommodations based on the standard and type you've selected from our options.

Day 4

Arusha

Arusha

Following an early breakfast, you will head straight to the crater floor for a six-hour safari drive within the crater. Be on the lookout for the Big Five: lions, leopards, elephants, buffaloes, and possibly a black rhino. Enjoy a picnic lunch at Ngoitoktok Spring, where you can also observe other large mammals such as hippos, giraffes, warthogs, baboons, and various birds. After approximately six hours, you will leave the crater floor and travel to Arusha, enjoying a game drive en route through Mto wa Mbu village. In the evening, you will be dropped off at your hotel in Arusha or at the airport.
