4-Day Nature Experience in Kidepo National Park, Uganda

Transfer from Kampala to Kidepo National Park

You will begin the journey from Kampala in Central Uganda after a briefing from the tour guide. Head to Kidepo Valley National Park via the northern route, with an en-route lunch. You will drive for approximately 12 hours with several stopovers on the way.

On your drive, enjoy the stunning, rewarding view of the beautiful landscapes surrounding you while driving on flat, straight roads as the tour guide shares fascinating information with you. You will reach Kidepo National Park in the evening. Relax, prepare for dinner, and overnight as you wait for the next day.

Morning game drive

You will have breakfast and then drive to the savannah and bushy part of the park to enjoy the sunrise and the wild residents. While on your game drive, you can see several animals, like herds of elephants, buffaloes, antelopes, cheetahs, ostriches, lions, and many birds. This is a unique and memorable activity as you will see and witness the interaction of the wild animals. It is a day to remember and a moment of a lifetime.

You will then return to your accommodation for lunch and take an evening nature walk later. Return to the accommodation for relaxation as you wait for the next day.

Transfer to Sipi Falls

You will wake up, have breakfast and then drive to the manyattas (Karamojong residents), where you will encounter their beautiful culture. Enjoy your lunch en route. Thereafter, you will proceed to Sipi Falls in the Kapchorwa District for an overnight stay. You will go hiking at Sipi Falls the next day.

Sipi Falls hiking and transfer to Kampala

You will take a nature walk to the spectacular Sipi Falls, which originates in Mount Elgon. Enjoy the falls and feel the raindrops coming from the three falls, offering you a fantastic moment and a shower as you walk under these falls. Along the way, you can expect to see caves and plantations of coffee and sugarcane.

After that, embark on the journey back to Kampala with an en-route lunch.
