After hotel pickup, your guide and chef will accompany you on a two-hour drive to Tarangire National Park, celebrated for its diverse landscape. Known for Africa's largest elephant population and ancient baobab trees, you'll witness captivating elephant interactions. During the game drive, you may spot giraffes, wildebeests, and zebras, while lions, cheetahs, and leopards pose a rarer sight.
Lunch at the Tarangire River picnic site offers scenic views of the river and surrounding wildlife, with curious monkeys and baboons likely to visit. After lunch, another game drive ensues until our departure from the park at 4:30 pm.

Ngorongoro Crater to Arusha
Second day you will do a game drive in Ngorongoro crater.
The volcanic soil of the Ngorongoro Crater supports a wide variety of habitats, making it feasible to observe the Big Five in a single day. Lake Makat, also known as Soda Lake in Maasai, is located inside the park and serves as a haven for numerous species.
The park is also well known for the large number of Maasai families who reside in bomas with a circular shape. It is also essential reading for those interested in learning more about the history of human evolution as it is pioneered by the Leakey family.
Lions, buffalos, wildebeests, zebras, hippos, gazelles, jackals, foxes, and wild dogs, as well as ungulates, are among the animals that can be spotted. Elephants, cheetahs, leopards, and giraffes, animals that are rarely spotted near the crater rim, are among the absentees.
You will be transported to Arusha later in the evening after making a game drive in Ngorongoro crater and dropped off at your accommodation in Arusha.

Arusha to Materuni Waterfalls and Coffee Tour
The Chagga community resides in Materuni, which is still a true village. This quaint location is only 15 km from the last hamlet before Kilimanjaro National Park, which is Moshi Town. You will be picked up in the morning by our English-speaking guide and driven to Materuni Village. After checking in at the village office, you can start on your 40-minute walk to the waterfalls.
Your guide will educate you on the Chagga culture, village life, and the local flora and animals while you're traveling. The views are quite stunning, and if fortune favors you, you may be able to glimpse Mount Kilimanjaro's peak. You will prepare your own coffee and take a coffee tour after everything is finished! Lastly, be ready to return to the airport or Arusha.
