Your adventure kicks off in Arusha, the gateway to Tanzania’s Northern circuit. You’ll be welcomed with warm hospitality and taken to your lodge from the airport. If you arrive early on this day, you can ask your driver to take you around Arusha city before going to your hotel (at no extra cost).

After breakfast at the hotel, you will be picked up around 8:30 AM. You and your driver-guide will plan simple logistics like shopping stops and bureau de change, or you can head straight for Tarangire's main gate. On your way, you will be enchanted by the bright smiles of the indigenous Maasai residents as they walk their cows in search of pastures. You can ask the driver to stop for a chance to interact and take photos.

Ngorongoro Crater Tour

The day begins with an early descent to the crater floor for an experience of the "Garden of Eden". The Ngorongoro Crater is renowned as the biggest caldera. With a 19km diameter and 260km circumference, and the availability of food and water, it qualifies as an all-year wildlife hotspot. Around 25,000 large animals live in the 30,000-hectare crater, including lions, endangered black rhinos, and elephants.

Day 4
Lake Manyara National Park

Don't forget to bring your binoculars because Lake Manyara National Park is famously known as the home of tree-climbing lions and the favorite place for different kinds of primates and incredible birding experiences.
You will catch sight of breathtakingly encompassing views of Lake Manyara and thousands of greater and lesser pink flamingos on its shores, along with pink-backed pelicans, yellow-billed storks, grey herons, and pods of hippos. For lunch, you will head to a lovely picnic site with a view of the lake, where you will enjoy your meal while listening to the beautiful songs of the different species of birds, who, with their beautiful colors, try to seduce you to feed them.
