Arusha to tarangire national park
Tarangire National Park is located 115km south of Arusha. It is a long and narrow park that covers 2,850 sq km and runs along the Tarangire River. The name of the park is taken from the river, which is the only source of water for the wild animals that live here during the dry season. The park is famous for its large number of elephants, baobab trees, and tree-climbing African pythons. At the end of the day, we arrive at Hhando Coffee Lodge.

Ngorongoro crater to serengeti
On this day, we spend the morning and afternoon down the crater then later we’ll be heading to Serengeti national park for the late game drive and sun set Large predators including lion, cheetah, and hyena, are drawn to the area by this abundance of prey. Many smaller animals such as the rock hyrax, bat-eared fox, mongoose, honey badger, jackal, monkey, baboon, and African hare, also inhabit this area along with nearly 500 species of birds. After our game drive, we return to the lodge for rest and dining. The hyenas, drawn by the sumptuous smells, slink only feet away from us. Our tent, raised on its wooden dias, is ideal to get a good night's sleep.. We overnight at Moyo tented lodge.

Serengeti game drive
After breakfast, we set out for the drive up the crater highlands. The Ngorongoro caldera was formed about 3 million years ago with the massive explosion of a volcano. Continuing as far as the eye can see, is the vast Serengeti. This 6,900 sq mile park is inhabited by more than 1.5 million wildebeest, 250,000 zebra, and in the region of 500,000 gazelle. January to April is the season when the wildebeest calve with more than a half million young being born.

Serengeti game drive and flay out
Today, you will have an early breakfast before continuing with another morning game drive. You'll bring along your packed lunch to catch the animals when they're most active during a sunrise game drive. Afterward, you'll pause at a picnic lunch site to have lunch before resuming the game drive.
At around noon, you'll make your way to Seronera for your flay out.
