Materuni village cultural experiences

Accompanied by our English-speaking guide, your journey begins with a pick-up from your hotel in Arusha, leading you to Materuni Village, the ancestral home of the Chagga tribe. Along the scenic route, you'll immerse yourself in the rich tapestry of Chagga culture and traditional village life.
Your exploration continues with a visit to the impressive Materuni Waterfall, followed by a return to the village for a traditional Chagga lunch and a sampling of locally brewed banana beer. Following this culinary experience, you'll embark on an enlightening coffee tour, delving into the intricate process of coffee-making. To conclude the day, you'll join the Chagga people in grinding coffee beans, accompanied by their vibrant songs and dances, adding a cultural dimension to your immersive journey. Late afternoon back to Arusha where you will prepare for your flight back home.
