Tarangire National Park

The Tarangire National Park boasts a breathtaking landscape adorned with giant baobab trees, bush savannah, and seasonal marshes, creating a captivating nature reserve. Renowned for its proximity to majestic elephants, it stands as one of the premier destinations for observing these gentle giants up close. Within the park's bounds roam diverse wildlife such as buffaloes, zebras, and wildebeests, often trailed by a spectrum of predators including lions. While elusive leopards occasionally grace lucky observers, the swift cheetahs remain a rare sight.

Day 2

Serengeti National Park

Serengeti National Park

The entirety of the day is dedicated to immersive game viewing in the Serengeti, with the specific areas visited contingent upon the movements of the migrating herds. Typically, predators closely shadow the trekking animals, including lions, leopards often found amidst the acacia trees, and swift cheetahs. In the brief rainy season of November and December, the herds migrate from the northern hills to the southern plains, while during the longer rainy season from April to June, they journey back northward. Since the migration's route hinges entirely on yearly rainfall patterns, the whereabouts of the herds can vary annually, but rest assured, your knowledgeable guide will adeptly navigate to optimal vantage points for observing these magnificent creatures.

Main Destination:

Best Time To Visit January to February and June to October (Different areas are best at different times)

On our final day, we'll embark on a thrilling safari adventure descending over 600 meters into the Ngorongoro Crater, where we'll spend a half-day exploring the rich wildlife. Sustained by a year-round water supply and abundant fodder, the crater hosts an impressive array of animals, including herds of wildebeest, zebra, buffalo, eland, warthog, hippo, and majestic African elephants. Adding to the allure of this picturesque national park is its thriving population of predators, such as lions, hyenas, jackals, cheetahs, and the elusive leopard, often requiring a keen eye to spot. Our journey will include a visit to Lake Magadi, a vast yet shallow alkaline lake nestled in the southwestern corner of the crater, renowned for its abundance of flamingos, hippos, and various other water birds.
