Masai Mara National Reserve
Today can start with a hot air balloon safari, an optional activity available at an extra cost (and arranged in advance).
You’ll spend the day exploring the vast plains in search of its wildlife. The Masai Mara is one of the most renowned parks in the world, a haven for big cats, and a highlight of this Kenya wildlife tour. Possible sightings here include cheetahs, elephants, buffalos, and zebras, which dominate the scene, while antelopes, warthogs, and wildebeests also form formidable numbers. After a picnic lunch, continue to venture through the plains on the lookout for close wildlife encounters. Tracing the various animals, you’ll find yourself at the Mara River, which has crocodiles and hippos; this is the wildebeest crossing point from the neighboring Serengeti.
An optional Maasai village visit can be arranged at the end of the day at an extra cost. Dinner and your overnight stay will be at the camp.

Lake Nakuru National Park - Lake Naivasha
Today begins with an extensive game drive in Lake Nakuru National Park. The lake’s ecosystem is a habitat for over 400 species of birds. The park's cliff tops serve as viewpoints for seeing lions, waterbucks, reedbucks, warthogs, and buffaloes. This is also one of the few places in Kenya where you can see both white and black rhinos.
Later, we will exit the park and drive to Lake Naivasha, a beautiful freshwater lake fringed by thick papyrus. The lake draws a wide variety of game to its shores. Giraffes wander among the acacia, buffalos wallow in the swamps, and colobus monkeys call from the treetops, all while the lake's large hippo populations sleep the day out in the shallows. You will have an afternoon boat safari on Lake Naivasha where you can view exotic birdlife and hippos amid the serenity of this freshwater rift valley lake. Later, you’ll go on a guided walking safari on Crescent Island.
