On arrival at the Seronera Airstrip, our driver will pick you up to start your adventure in the famous Serengeti National Park, also known as "the endless plain”. This park is well-known for its healthy stock of resident wildlife, particularly the Big Five; lion, leopard, elephant, rhino, and buffalo.
Serengeti, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is home to around 200,000 zebras and 300,000 Thomson’s gazelles that join the wildebeests’ trek for fresh grazing. Listen to the exotic sounds of over 6 million hooves pounding the open plains of Serengeti —just like how you imagined African wildlife to be.
After a long day of safari, you will drive to your accommodation for evening leisure and an overnight stay at Matawi Luxury Tented Lodge.

Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, you will have a full-day game drive in Central Serengeti. Apart from the large mammals, Serengeti is also home to gaudy agama lizards and rock hyraxes scuffling around the surfaces of the park’s isolated granite kopjes. Wide varieties of dung beetle can be found, and around 500 bird species have been recorded —ranging from the outsized ostrich and bizarre secretary bird of the open grassland to the black eagles that soar effortlessly above the Lobo Hills.
Later in the evening, you'll drive to the camp for evening leisure and an overnight stay in Matawi Luxury Tented Lodge.

Serengeti to Ngorongoro Crater
After breakfast, you will start a game drive transfer from Serengeti National Park to Ngorongoro Crater. You'll descend 600 meters into this magnificent crater for a full-day game drive. The Ngorongoro Crater is one of the world's most densely populated wildlife areas, home to about 30,000 animals, including some of Tanzania’s last remaining black rhinos.
With year-round water and fodder, the crater supports diverse animals like wildebeest, zebras, buffalos, elands, warthogs, hippos, and giant African elephants. This picturesque park also boasts a dense predator population, including lions, hyenas, jackals, cheetahs, and elusive leopards that often require a trained eye to spot.

After breakfast, you will head to the Ngorongoro Crater. You will descend 600m into this magnificent crater for a full-day game drive. The Ngorongoro Crater is one of the world's most densely crowded African wildlife areas. It is home to an estimated 30,000 animals, including some of Tanzania’s last remaining black rhino.
