Day 1

Arusha to Tarangire National Park

Arusha to Tarangire National Park

After breakfast, the tour starts. The first stop is Arusha town for any last-minute purchases before you head off on safari. Afterward, you will head towards the Tarangire National Park for a game drive and picnic lunch in the park. Tarangire is well known for its huge elephant population and baobab trees. It forms the center of an annual migratory cycle that includes up to 3,000 elephants, 25,000 wildebeest, and 30,000 zebras. Later in the afternoon, you will drive to Mto wa Mbu for dinner and overnight camping.

Day 2

Serengeti National Park

Serengeti National Park

After breakfast, you will drive to Serengeti, which takes 6 hours (including all stops) and transits through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. You will have a 20-minute stopover at the gate and the viewpoint of the Ngorongoro Crater to take in the crater's breathtaking view.

You will visit a Masai village. Visiting and exploring the culture of the great Masai community is optional. The Masai are known for chasing lions of their kill and hunting lions to be considered warriors, drinking raw animal blood. Though these traditions are a thing of the past except for drinking blood, you can surely learn something. This is an optional visit that is not included in the price.

Upon arrival in the late afternoon, embark on a thrilling game drive in Seronera, the heart of the Serengeti. This adventure will continue until sunset, allowing you to witness the breathtaking sunset in the Serengeti. Keep your eyes peeled, as you might be lucky enough to witness a predator in action.

Day 3

After an early breakfast, you will go on a morning game drive, seeing many animals until the afternoon. You will head to camp for lunch and packing while you do a game drive. As you exit the Serengeti, you will head to Simba Campsite (a 2-hour drive) near the rim of the Ngorongoro Crater.

You can spot many animals at the campsite.

Meals included are breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Your overnight stay are at Ngorongoro Simba Campsite.

Day 4

After an early breakfast, you will descend the crater on a journey to find the black rhino, the most difficult animal to spot. After lunch, you will do a game drive and ascend the crater to the camp. You will pack for the trip to Mto wa Mbu near Lake Manyara National Park.

Day 5

Lake Manyara National Park to Arusha

Lake Manyara National Park to Arusha

After breakfast, you will go to Lake Manyara National Park, famous for the large number of flamingoes on the lake and its tree-climbing lions (although rarely seen). During the game drive, you will see plenty of birds. You will visit the Hippo Pool for a close look at hippos and the hot spring while doing a game drive and viewing plenty of animals (buffaloes, wildebeest, warthogs, vultures, eagles, monkeys, etc.). After the tour, you will head back to Arusha for a drop off at your hotel.
