After lunch we will have an afternoon game drive which will allow spotting of the magnificent wildlife in the park. This reserve is known for providing excellent predator sightings thanks to its relatively large population of lion, cheetah and leopard. You will be taken on two game drives today, in the morning before breakfast and in the late afternoon. Early mornings and late afternoons are considered the best time to spot animals as they are most active. To get some of the best game viewing of the day, an early start is needed to beat the heat of the sun. This is the time that the big cats are most active and can provide some of the most dramatic photography, thanks to the beautiful lighting. If you are fortunate enough you will catch lions during one of their rare bouts of daytime activities and it’ll be fascinating to watch the social interaction between pride members especially the playful ways of lion cubs under the watchful eyes of their mothers.
