After breakfast, we head to Lake Manyara National Park. The park is dominated by the lake of the same name, which attracts large colonies of waterbirds. Particularly impressive are the pink-colored flamingos, but also many other bird species such as cormorants, pelicans or storks can be observed here.
A total of about 400 different bird species live in the park. The park is also famous for its tree climbing lions, which are usually found in the central and open part of the park. During the safari you will also see elephants, zebras, giraffes, buffaloes, hippos and many other animal species.
In the late afternoon you leave the national park, you will drive back to the lodge for the dinner and overnight.

Today begins with an early start as we embark on a thrilling game drive in Southern Serengeti, renowned for its spectacular calving season which typically occurs from February to March. Accompanied by your experienced guide, we'll track the Great Migrations, with the possibility of witnessing the incredible phenomenon of wildebeest calving.
With the vast herds on the move, predators such as prides of lions, cheetahs, hyenas, and leopards become more conspicuous, offering unparalleled opportunities for wildlife sightings. You might even opt to pause for lunch amidst the bustling wildebeest herds, immersing yourself in the heart of this remarkable natural spectacle.
As the day draws to a close, we return to camp for a delightful dinner and a peaceful overnight stay, reminiscing about the day's adventures in the wilderness.

Ngorongoro crater
This morning, we set out for the Ngorongoro Crater, a magnificent sanctuary teeming with wildlife. Prepare to immerse yourself in a rich tapestry of small animals, diverse birdlife, and the vibrant flora and fauna of the region. Today's adventure takes us deep into the heart of this breathtaking crater, where we'll spend the entire day exploring its wonders.
Ngorongoro stands out for its unique ecosystem, as nearly all of its wildlife resides within the crater walls, offering unparalleled opportunities for wildlife encounters. Keep an eye out for regular sightings of rhinos, as well as prides of lions and cheetahs. After a satisfying lunch amidst this natural splendor, we'll commence our journey back to Arusha, reflecting on the unforgettable experiences of the day.
