The highlight of Tarangire is its elephant families, often seen gathering near the river. Northern Serengeti Natinional Park

After breakfast, you'll embark on an early morning journey to the northern Serengeti. This pristine region features expansive grassy plains, massive granite outcrops, and rolling hills adorned with trees. The Northern Serengeti offers a chance to escape the crowds, as it is more remote and less frequently visited than other areas of the park, situated between Kenya's Masai Mara National Reserve to the north and the Central Serengeti.

Traveling to this part of the Serengeti rewards you with stunning views of lush green hills, granite formations, and acacia woodlands scattered across the open savannah. This area is renowned for its abundant wildlife, particularly the large herds of zebras and wildebeests that navigate the crocodile-infested Mara River during the Great Migration in June and July, and again in September, October, and November. You'll spend the evening and the following day at your carefully selected lodge.
