After meeting with your guide for pick up, we will depart for a magical drive descending the Great Rift Valley and onwards to Maasai Mara National reserve, Kenya’s famous game reserve. Stop briefly en route at the Great Rift Valley view point to enjoy the stunning views of an enormous valley system said to be visible from the outer space. Arrive on time for lunch at the camp. After lunch we will have an afternoon game drive which will allow spotting of the magnificent wildlife in the park. Bordering Tanzania, the Mara is in the northern extension of Serengeti and forms a wildlife corridor between the two countries where the great wild beasts’ migration can be viewed. In the Mara River, throngs of hippos and crocodiles lurk. The reserve is also known for providing excellent predator sightings thanks to its relatively large population of lion, cheetah and leopard.

Explore The Great Mara
Rise early in the morning when the animals are most active for a morning game drive with your guide. This is yet another bush experience that will surely create lifetime memories. One of the most sought after safari experiences is coming across the big cats during a game drive. If you are fortunate enough you will catch lions during one of their rare bouts of daytime activities. It can be fascinating to watch the social interaction between pride members especially the playful ways of lion cubs under the watchful eyes of their mothers. Return to the camp for a mouthwatering breakfast. Your guide will then take you to the nearby Masai village at an extra cost where you will get a chance to see the Masai way of life (optional). Return to the camp for lunch before setting out for an evening game drive where you will be driven over rolling grassland dotted with a mixture of acacia trees and the plain game which includes large herds of elephants, zebras and gazelles.

Lake Nakuru National Park-Lake Naivasha
You will have breakfast then check out of the lodge. You will then proceed to Hell’s Gate National Park, named for the intense geothermal activity within its boundaries. Spectacular scenery including the towering cliffs, water-gouged gorges, stark rock towers, scrub-clad volcanoes and belching plumes of geothermal steam make it one of the most atmospheric parks in Africa. The park is also home to African buffalo, zebras, elands, hartebeests, Thomson's gazelles and baboons. Later evening, you will have a boat ride safari on Lake Naivasha at an extra cost. Lake Naivasha is a beautiful freshwater lake, fringed by thick papyrus. Much of the lake is surrounded by forests of the yellow barked Acacia. The waters of the lake draw a great range of game to these shores. Giraffes wander among the acacia, Buffalos wallow in the swamps and Colobus monkeys call from the treetops while the lake’s large hippo population sleep the day out in the shallows.
