Embark on a drive to Masai Mara National Reserve with a stop at the Great Rift Valley where you will take pictures of the beautiful Rift Valley escarpments before we continue with our drive to Masai Mara through Narok Town. The reserve holds on as one of the few places left on earth where wildlife still lives comparatively undisturbed, in the numbers that once roamed the plains and forests of Africa. Masai Mara is part of the vast Serengeti plains and is famous for hosting the spectacular great seasonal Wildebeest migration and a home for the Big Five. We will arrive in time for lunch and have an afternoon game drive later on.
Dinner and overnight stay at Mara Sopa Lodge.

Masai Mara National Reserve
After breakfast, we'll have a full day game drive with picnic lunch. Masai Mara is well known for its black-manned lions, as well as its abundant resident wildlife. It's one of the few places where there’s an excellent chance to see the Big Five during a morning game drive. Many of the cheetahs are so tame that they seek shelter from the hot sun under one's vehicle and several even climb onto the roof to get a better view of prospective prey.
Have lunch by the Mara River migration point as you enjoy the beautiful Mara with the Hippos and the Zebras grazing nearby. Dinner and stay at Mara Sopa Lodge.

Masai Mara-Lake Nakuru
Drive to lake Nakuru National Park which is a beautiful wildlife haven, located at the floor of the Great Rift Valley. For bird enthusiasts, the park hosts over 500 bird species as the soda lake is a birding hotspot and supports a lot of birdlife. Lake Nakuru is now a Rhino Sanctuary, harboring a population of over 40 black and over 60 white rhinos. But the flamingos, of course, have always been the main attraction. At times there may be almost 2 million flamingos in the residence, forming a stunningly beautiful deep pink band around the edge of the lake shore. You'll arrive in time for lunch then have an afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight stay at the Lake Nakuru Sopa Lodge.

Lake Nakuru-Lake Naivasha
You will have an early morning drive to Lake Naivasha, which is the highest and the most beautiful of the Rift Valley lakes. The fresh water lake is fringed with dense clumps of papyrus, which was used by ancient Egyptians to make paper. Kingfishers use the papyrus as a perch while herons hide in it while searching for food. Naivasha is yet another area popular for bird watching as there are over 400 recorded species. It is also a favorite weekend retreat for Nairobi residents, who come here to sail, water ski and fish. There are no crocodiles in the lake as the water is too cold for them, due to the altitude but there are a number of hippos. Along the lakeshore, vineyards produce grapes for the country's fledgling wine industry. Dinner and your overnight stay are at the Lake Naivasha Sopa Resort.
