Day 1

Pick-up at 8:30am from your hotel in Arusha and depart for Tarangire National Park with a picnic lunch for a full-day game drive. Tanzania’s third-largest national park is known for its majestic baobab trees that dot the landscape, dwarfing the animals that feed beneath them. The Tarangire River is the centerpiece of this park, famous for some of the largest herds of elephants in Africa. Here, you may see lion, leopard, cheetah, lesser kudu, buffalo, oryx, eland, giraffe, and zebra. After the game drive, you will head back to your camp/lodge, where a delicious dinner awaits you.

After enjoying a good breakfast, you will head to the Serengeti National Park and journey through the endless grasslands. The Serengeti is widely considered to be one of the most impressive wildlife sanctuaries in the world. In the afternoon, you will embark on a game drive across the vast plains of the Serengeti, providing an opportunity to witness the spectacular herds of wildebeest, zebras, and gazelles or perhaps a pride of lions relaxing in the shade. You will have a picnic lunch during the day-long game drive and conclude the eventful day with a hearty dinner and a restful night's sleep in your accommodation.

Day 3

Central Serengeti to Ngorongoro

Central Serengeti to Ngorongoro

After breakfast, you will embark on a morning game drive in the Serengeti National Park. Later, you will depart for the Ngorongoro Conservation Area with a picnic lunch. Ngorongoro Crater is the largest collapsed volcanic crater in the world, stretching over 16km (10mi) of isolated natural beauty. The crater is surrounded by a ring of extinct volcanoes, and the floor, dotted with watering holes, shelters some 30,000 animals. The eventful day comes to an end with a hearty dinner and a good night’s rest in your accommodation.

Day 4

Ngorongoro Crater

Ngorongoro Crater

You will start early in the morning with a quick breakfast and descend onto the crater floor around 6:30am. The Ngorongoro Crater is the world’s largest inactive, intact, unfilled volcanic caldera. It has a massive floor of about 260km² (100mi²) and a depth of over 600m (2,000ft). During the 5-hour game drive on the crater floor, you will witness a lot of animal activity. Make sure to keep your camera ready, as you are likely to see African elephants, buffalo, black rhinos, hippos, hyenas, cheetahs, and lions. After a picnic lunch at the beautiful hippo pool, you will start a steep ascent to the top exit of the crater. This marks the end of your safari, with a 4-hour drive remaining to Arusha. You will be dropped off at your preferred location in Arusha by 6:00pm. With many incredible experiences and memories, it will be time to bid goodbye to your team.
