Day 1

Drive to Tarangire National Park

Drive to Tarangire National Park

After having breakfast in the morning, you are picked up from your accommodation in Arusha or from the airport and head straight to Tarangire National Park.

Tarangire is a national park in the Manyara Region, named after the Tarangire River that runs through it. It is the 6th largest national park in Tanzania, covering an area of 2,600 square kilometers (1,000 square miles). The park is known for its large elephant herds and is generally drier than the Serengeti. Still, its vegetation is lush, with plenty of elephant grass, expansive areas of mixed acacia woodlands, and some stunning ribbons of the water-filled forest. The park also boasts giant baobab trees that can live up to 600 years and store between 300 and 900 liters of water.

In the afternoon, you will take a break for lunch, and then the game drive will continue until it is time to drive back to your lodge. At the lodge, you can relax, dine, swim, and reminisce about the memories you have collected during the day.

Day 2

Serengeti National Park

Serengeti National Park

After breakfast, you are picked up and depart for Serengeti via the Ngorongoro Conservation Area.

On the way, you enjoy scenic views, and you will have the chance to stop and view the Ngorongoro Crater while marveling at the sight of the Serengeti plains.

Serengeti National Park is a World Heritage Site bursting with wildlife: over 2 million ungulates, 4,000 lions, 1,000 leopards, 550 cheetahs, and some 500 bird species inhabit an area close to 15,000km² (5,800mi²) in size.

Most visitors arrive here with the sole purpose of witnessing millions of wildebeest, zebras, gazelles, and elands on a mass trek to quench their thirst for water and eat fresh grass. During this cyclical movement, these animals move around the ecosystem in a seasonal pattern, defined by rainfall and grass nutrients.

Lunch is provided on the vehicle during the safari. By late afternoon, you arrive at your designated lodge to rest, dine, and reminisce about the incredible moments you gathered during the safari.

Main Destination:
Serengeti National Park
Best Time To Visit January to February and June to October (Different areas are best at different times)
High Season July to March (The Seronera area is crowded)

Day 3

Serengeti National Park

Serengeti National Park

This day is dedicated to a full-day game drive. After an early breakfast at your lodge in Serengeti, you resume where you left off the previous day.

Throughout the day, our experienced safari guide accompany you on a game drive to observe and seek out the Big Five animals in their natural habitat. It is hard to put into words the magic of Serengeti National Park. Not only do you see the animals, but you also hear the buzz of millions of wildebeest so thick in the air that it vibrates through your entire body—something you will find difficult to describe to friends and family, perhaps even impossible. The sunset vistas of honey-lit plains are so beautiful that it is worth the trip just to witness it.

You have a packed lunch to enjoy during a pit stop in your safari vehicle, and after lunch, the game drive continues.

By late afternoon, you will head back to your lodge to rest, dine, and cherish the wonderful moments.
