Day 2

Masai Mara National Reserve

Masai Mara National Reserve

After breakfast, which starts at 5:30am, you begin your full-day game drive at 6:00am. This timing lets you witness the stunning sunrise over the savannah and rolling plains.

Masai Mara is renowned and the largest reserve in Kenya, featuring a high concentration of wildlife. It is even recognized as one of the Seven Wonders of the World due to the annual wildebeest migration from early July to late October as the animals move from Masai Mara to the Serengeti National Park in Tanzania.

In this unique park, you can see the Big Five—lion, elephant, rhino, leopard, and buffalo. The morning is an ideal time to spot predators such as cheetahs, lions, and leopards hunting. Masai Mara National Reserve boasts over 500 wildlife species.

After a full day exploring the reserve, you will return to your camp or lodge.
