Day 1

Nairobi to Amboseli National Park

Nairobi to Amboseli National Park

On early morning arrival at the airport, you will be met by our representative and after a short briefing on your safari be guided to board your vehicle. After introduction to your driver guide you will drive to Amboseli.
You'll arrive in time for lunch at the lodge and spend the afternoon relaxing.
Later, you'll proceed for an evening game drive at the park.
Amboseli National Park is dominated by acacia woodland, rocky thorny bush, swamps marshland, and a Pleistocene lake and is home to a large concentration of wildlife estimated to be 80 different species including African elephants, African buffalos, impalas, lions, zebras, and wildebeest among other animals. The park is more famous for having a large population of elephants.

Later, you will return to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 2

Amboseli National Park

After a hearty breakfast at the lodge, you will proceed for a morning game drive.
The park is also home to several birds estimated to be 400 species which include the African swamp hen, common redshank, Dickinson’s kestrel, Eurasian thick-knee, greater flamingo, Hartlaub’s bustard, lesser flamingo, long-toed lapwing, Pangani longclaw, rufous chatterer, rufous-bellied heron, spike-heeled lark, steel-blue whydah, Taveta golden weaver, Von der Decken’s hornbill, yellow-necked spurfowl and many more.

The park consists of great scenery created by the backdrop of Mt. Kilimanjaro. It consists of many spots where animals and attractions in the park can be spotted including an observation hill where you can spot many animals.
You will return to the lodge for lunch, and spend the afternoon relaxing. You may also decide to cool off the heat of the afternoon at the swimming pool.
You will proceed for more game drives in the park in the evening.
Your dinner and overnight stay will be at the lodge.

Day 3

Amboseli to Tsavo West National Park

Amboseli to Tsavo West National Park

After a hearty breakfast at the lodge, you will exit Amboseli and proceed to Tsavo West National Park.
You will arrive for lunch at the lodge.
After an early afternoon relaxing at the lodge, you will proceed for an afternoon game drive in the park.
The park covers an area of 9,065 square kilometers. The A109 road Nairobi-Mombasa and a railway divide it from the adjoining Tsavo East National Park. Together with adjoining ranches and protected areas, they comprise the Tsavo Conservation Area.

You will later return to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 4

Tsavo West National Park

Tsavo West National Park

After breakfast at the lodge, you will proceed for a game drive in the park with packed lunch boxes.
From the sight of fifty million gallons of crystal clear water gushing out of the under-parched lava rock that is the Mzima Springs to the Shetani lava flows, Tsavo West is a beautiful, rugged wilderness. The savannah ecosystem comprises open grasslands, scrublands, and acacia woodlands, belts of riverine vegetation, and rocky ridges including the Poacher's Lookout where visitors can see the teeming herds in the plains below. Tsavo West offers some of the most magnificent wildlife viewings in the world and attractions include elephants, rhinos, hippos, lions, cheetahs, leopards, buffalos, diverse plant and bird species including the threatened corncrake, and near threatened Basra reed warbler.
You'll have a picnic lunch in the park followed by more game drives.
Your dinner and overnight stay will be at the lodge.

Day 5

Tsavo West to Nairobi

Tsavo West to Nairobi

After a hearty breakfast at the lodge, you will be transferred back to the train station for the train ride back to Nairobi.
You will arrive in the afternoon in Nairobi and later transfer to the airport.
As we always say ours is not a 'goodbye' but a 'see you later'
You will be returning home with memories that will last a lifetime.
