Nairobi-Samburu

Our driver guide will meet and pick you up from the airport in Nairobi. He will do a short briefing of your safari, then begin your drive to Samburu National Reserve. We will check in for lunch at the lodge and then proceed for an afternoon game drive. This is the best time of day to view nocturnal hunters who prepare for their nightly expeditions.
On your first game drive in Samburu, you'll have the chance to spot unique wildlife such as reticulated giraffes, Grevy's zebras, and elusive leopards. Return to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Fullday in Samburu National Reserve

We start the day early with a refreshing breakfast before heading out on a morning game drive when wildlife is most active. We will return to the lodge for lunch and spend the afternoon at leisure. In the evening, you will set out on a game drive as you further explore the reserve and continue to spot unique animals.
