We will pick you up from the hotel at 8:00 am, introduce you to our guide, and take the 2-hour drive to Tarangire National Park. Tarangire is known for the abundance of ancient baobab trees and boasts the country's most significant number of elephants!

You will encounter these giants up close and observe the interaction between elephant families. We will follow reported animal sightings as we do a game drive. There are plenty of herbivores like giraffes, wildebeests, and zebras. The predators (lions, cheetahs, and leopards) are more difficult to spot.

Later, we will go to the river picnic site and enjoy the beautiful river view and animals while having lunch. Keep an eye out for small monkeys and baboons that will try to scare you and take your lunch! They are, however, nothing to worry about.

After lunch, we will proceed with the game drive before we exit the park around 5:30 pm and head to our accommodation (Ngare Lodge) for dinner and an overnight stay.
