Arusha to Tarangire National Park

Following breakfast at your hotel in Arusha, embark on a journey to Tarangire National Park, Tanzania's third-largest national park and a haven for an impressively large elephant population. Noteworthy among the park's attractions are its majestic baobab trees, towering over the wildlife that congregates beneath their branches. The Tarangire River, the sole permanent water source in the region, serves as a focal point, drawing diverse animal species. With lions, leopards, cheetahs, and up to six thousand elephants, the park boasts a rich array of wildlife. Enjoy exhilarating game drives accompanied by a picnic lunch. After lunch and an extensive exploration of the park, we will proceed directly to your accommodation for dinner and overnight accommodations.

Ngorongoro Crater to Arusha

After breakfast, head to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area and descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for wildlife viewing. This crater is one of the largest unbroken calderas globally, home to over 25,000 wild creatures, boasting the highest concentration of prides per capita. It's a stunning setting and the prime spot in East Africa to spot the Big Five: lions, leopards, black rhinos, elephants, and buffalos. Recognized as one of the world’s most astonishing natural wonders, it holds UNESCO World Heritage Site status. The Ngorongoro Conservation Area encompasses diverse ecosystems, including mountain forests, woodlands, grasslands, lakes, swamps, and two major rivers. Enjoy a packed lunch at a scenic picnic site. In the late afternoon, ascend from the crater and return to Arusha, concluding your adventures with us.
