Arrival and transfer Tarangire National Park

Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by one of our experienced driver guides after a brief introduction about your tour; you will be transfer to Karatu for game drive and accommodation.
The name of the park originates from the Tarangire River that crosses through the park, which is the only source of water for the wild animals here during the dry season. The park is famous for its large numbers of elephants, baobab trees and tree climbing African pythons.
