Arusha to Serengeti National Park

After breakfast, we depart to Serengeti for Ngorongoro between 7:00 and 7:30 am. We will pause for 15 to 20 minutes at the Ngorongoro Crater viewpoint to soak in the breathtaking view of the crater. We arrive in time for lunch at the Serengeti Nabi gate.

After lunch, we proceed for a game drive, including a sunset game drive, before heading to our accommodation for dinner and overnight.

Serengeti to Ngorongoro Crater then Arusha

We will begin with a transit game drive, leaving the Serengeti and heading towards the Ngorongoro Crater. The earlier we descend into the crater, the better our chances of spotting black rhinos.

You will comfortably explore the crater from an open-roof 4x4 Land Cruiser for most of the time. The Ngorongoro Crater, with its 600- to 650-meter-high walls, looks like a natural zoo. The landscape here changes significantly depending on the season, and you are guaranteed to see sights unique to Tanzania.

After an exciting day, you will enjoy a picnic lunch by the famous hippo pool. Following this, our guide will drive you back to Arusha for dinner and overnight stay.
