You'll be met and greeted by your safari guide and have a short brief about your safari. This park lies in a beautiful setting at the foot of the green slopes of the Pare and Usambara Mountains which dominate its borders. Depending on the weather, Mount Kilimanjaro can also be seen from the park. Mkomazi is easily accessible and has some truly spectacular scenery with its semi-arid savannah, acacia-covered slopes, and grassy plains that are home to large herds of giraffes, elands, hartebeests, zebras, buffalos, and elephants, to name just a few.
Mkomazi is also home to the Rhino Sanctuary where you can see the very rare African black rhinos, African wild dogs currently classified as a critically endangered species. The park is also a great destination for bird watchers with over 400 recorded species living here. You'll enjoy a walking safari with an armed ranger. Thereafter, you will commerce to Moshi for dinner and an overnight stay.

Tarangire National Park
After breakfast, you will start driving toward Tarangire National Park. Giant baobab trees, bush savannah and the seasonal marshes add to the wonder of this nature reserve. The park is considered as one of the best places to view elephants up close. The park is also home to buffaloes, zebras, and wildebeests which are always closely followed by a range of predators such as lions. Leopards are seen now and then but cheetahs are rarely spotted. From the open roof of the safari jeep, you will be able to absorb the landscape and watch the animals. Later in the afternoon, you will commerce to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Ngorongoro Crater
Rise and shine! After breakfast at daybreak, you will drive down into the crater. The massive collapsed volcano is home to over 25,000 mammals ranging from the Big Five— lion, elephant, buffalo, rhino, and leopard — to spotted hyenas and more than 500 bird species in the area. After an extensive game drive and a picnic for lunch, you will leave the caldera in the afternoon and head to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Lake Manyara National Park
In the morning after breakfast, you will have an exciting day game drive into Lake Manyara National Park. The park’s varied habitat attracts a wide variety of animals, including one of Africa’s largest concentrations of elephants, buffaloes, giraffes, impalas, Lake Manyara’s unique tree-climbing lions, as well as large flocks of flamingos attracted by the algae in the lake. After lunch, you will commence back to Arusha and be dropped off at the lodge/airport.
