To make the most of the day, it’s best to leave the hotel early to catch the animals that are most active in the morning. At 6:30 AM, you'll head to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, and within about an hour, you’ll descend into the breathtaking crater.

Ngorongoro is one of Tanzania's most renowned parks, boasting the highest concentration of animal species per square kilometer. Here, you’ll have the opportunity to see an incredible array of wildlife, including buffaloes, elephants, lions, wildebeests, zebras, hippos, and elusive felines like caracals and servals. If you're lucky, you might even spot the rare rhinoceros, a species whose numbers are dwindling. After an unforgettable day of game viewing, you'll return to the lodge in the evening for dinner and a relaxing overnight stay.

The park’s large flamingo population and the possibility of seeing the elusive tree-climbing lions make for an exciting game drive.
