Day 4

Serengeti National Park

Serengeti National Park

The entirety of the day will be dedicated to exploring the Serengeti on a game drive. The specific areas visited will be contingent upon the whereabouts of the migrating herds, with predators often trailing behind these moving groups. In November and December, during the brief rainy season, the herds migrate from the northern hills to the southern plains. Conversely, during the longer rainy season from April to June, they make their way back northward.

The annual migration route is dictated by rainfall patterns, resulting in potential variations in the herd's locations from year to year. However, your guide will possess the knowledge needed to locate the animals and identify the optimal viewing spots. Alongside encountering wildebeests and zebras, there's the possibility of spotting predators such as lions, leopards, and cheetahs. Your accommodation for the night will be at the same location.
