Karatu to Serengeti National Park

Program: After breakfast, you will depart for Serengeti National Park on a game drive and enjoy lunch in a suitable place inside the park. We will continue the game drive activity in the afternoon before reaching the lodge or camp for relaxation, dinner, and an overnight stay.

The great migration is the most significant movement of wildebeest, zebra, and other herbivores gathering for calving season. The best time to visit to spot wildebeest giving birth is from mid-December to early April every year. After the game drives, we will drive to the lodge for dinner and your overnight stay.

In November and December, the animals move from the northern region, dominated by woodlands and hills, to the grassy plains of the south (Ndutu Area). During the extended rainy season from April to June, they return to the north. Apart from the migrating herds, you might have the chance to see predators, such as leopards, cheetahs, and lions.
