Nairobi to Masai Mara National Reserve

Early pick up from the hotel, heading for departure around 8:00 a.m. where the safari starts with scenic views of the vast Great Rift Valley, get to enjoy a stopover at the escarpments with a great landscape view. Historic sightseeing along the Naivasha—Mai Mahiu route as you enter Narok county, which is rich with vegetation and wildlife, have lunch en route to Mara. Arrive late afternoon at Masai Mara National Reserve with an afternoon game drive in search of the famous Big Five. The Mara is a habitat with vast wildlife, and you will come across zebras, antelopes, hyenas, ostriches, wild dogs, and different species of birds. Late afternoon as the sun is dawning, game drives are enjoyable with cooler temperatures as the big cats come out of hiding to hunt and play.

Check in at Lenchada Tourist Camp for dinner and an overnight stay.

Masai Mara National Reserve

Early breakfast filled with morning bliss as birds chant the morning praise of the wild before the start of our game drive. On this day, experience the vast habitat home to lions, cheetahs, leopards, buffalos, elephants, giraffes, gazelles, and more. Driving towards the Mara River, an encounter is likely to ensue as predators have to make a kill for survival, making the day dramatic and thrilling since survival is the order in the wild. Late lunch along the river as you enjoy the sights of the great wildebeest migration, attracting emotional memories and breathtaking moments. The game drive continues till late in the evening with an optional visit to the masai village which can be arranged upon request. Return to the camp for dinner and overnight.
