Day 1

Upon arrival at Entebbe International Airport in Uganda, you will be welcomed by our guide, holding an A4 paper with your name printed on it. You will then be transferred to Murchison Falls National Park.

If you are already in Kampala, our guide will pick you up at 6 am from your hotel and transfer you to Murchison Falls National Park.

You will branch off to Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for rhino tracking on your way to Murchison Falls National Park. This is one of the most breathtaking activities in Uganda, the pearl of Africa.

After the rhino tracking, you will be driven to Murchison Falls National Park. The top of the falls is the first tourist attraction in the park. It is an exciting experience that brings you close to the rushing whitewater as it squeezes through the narrow crevice below. In the evening, you will have a short game drive.

Dinner and overnight are at Parkside Safari Lodge.

Day 2

Morning Game Drive | Boat Cruise | Birding | Evening Game Drive

Morning Game Drive | Boat Cruise | Birding | Evening Game Drive

After breakfast, you will set off early at 6:00 am for a morning game drive. You can expect to see lions, leopards, buffaloes, waterbucks, Rothschild's giraffes, oribis, baboons, hippos, crocodiles, antelopes, and various bird species. Other activities on this game drive include bird watching and sightseeing across the open savannah, dotted woodland, and riverine vegetation along the Nile and Albert Delta.

After the game drive, you will return to your hotel for lunch.

In the afternoon, between 2 and 4 pm, you embark on a 3-hour boat cruise on the Nile. This boat cruise offers an amazing view of the falls from the bottom angle. Hippos, crocodiles, antelopes, and aquatic birds can be seen along the river's shores. After the boat cruise, you will go for an evening game drive.

Dinner and overnight are at Parkside Safari Lodge.

Day 3

Transfer To Kidepo Valley National Park

You will have breakfast early in the morning and be driven to Kidepo Valley National Park. Along the drive, you will be treated to some spectacular scenery.

Kidepo Valley National Park is home to a wide variety of wildlife, including possibly Africa’s largest herds of buffalo, as well as Burchell’s zebra, lion, elephant, oribi, klipspringer, Uganda kob, greater and lesser kudu, warthog, bushpig, topi, Grant’s gazelle, eland, bushbuck, common duiker, bush duiker, roan antelope, Beisa oryx, dik-dik, defassa waterbuck, Jackson’s hartebeest, and many others.

On arrival, you will check in at your lodge and rest. Dinner and overnight are at Apoka UWA Bandas.

Day 4

After breakfast, embark on an early morning game drive through the park to encounter zebras, giraffes, and many more that roam the short grassland plains of the Narus Valley. The scenic view is splendid, with Mount Lotukei in Sudan in the background.

In the afternoon, take a community walk where you can interact with the local people - the Karamojong. You will spend a wonderful afternoon with the Karamojong people and gain an insight into their way of life and beliefs.

After the cultural interaction, you will depart for an evening game drive to search for Kidepo’s exclusive wildlife, such as lions, leopards, cheetahs, hartebeests, roan antelopes, and many woodland birds.

Dinner and overnight are at Apoka UWA Bandas.

You start your day with a delightful breakfast, and after, you will use this day to relax in the park. You can move around the park and do some sightseeing and bird watching since Kidepo Valley National Park is a rich bird destination with over 400 bird species.

After breakfast, travel through the remotest zones of Uganda, seeing the villages and grass-thatched houses passing by the window. View the wild, domestic, and cultural richness of this pearl of Africa and experience quality vegetation.

You will arrive in Kampala late evening and check into the Bushpig Hotel for dinner and overnight.
