You will be picked up by our Maramatta Safaris Guide from your accommodation in Arusha later safari to
Serengeti national park for game drive with packed lunch boxes. You will enjoy game drives en-route and
a full-day game drive in the Serengeti. Afterward, you'll go for dinner and your overnight stay at the
camp. Depending on the season, you'll follow the wildebeests' migration.

Serengeti National Park to Ngorongoro Crater

You will have early morning game drives and thereafter, depart to Ngorongoro Conservation Area. We
will stopover at Olduvai Gorge, boasting a history dating back to the dawn of time. It was here, that the
anthropologists Dr Lois and Mary Leakey discovered the skulls of the Nutcracker and Handy Man.

Ngorongoro Crater

After an early breakfast, you will descend over 600 meters into the crater to view wildlife. Supported by
a year-round water supply and fodder, the Ngorongoro Conservation Area supports a vast variety of
animals, which include herds of wildebeest, zebras, buffalo, elands, warthogs, hippos and giant African
elephants. Another big drawcard to this picturesque national park is its dense population of predators,
which include lions, hyenas, jackals, cheetahs and the ever-elusive leopard, which sometimes requires a
trained eye to spot. We will visit Lake Magadi, a large but shallow alkaline lake in the southwestern
corner, which is one of the main features of the crater. Also you will have a cultural interaction with maasai people in Ngorongoro village, A large number of flamingos, hippos and other
water birds are usually seen here. Late in the afternoon, transfer to Arusha drop off at any hotel of your
choice within Arusha.
