Transfer from entebbe

We shall transfer from Entebbe to kibale forest national park. The drive from Entebbe is approximately 5 hours to the destination. We shall have a few brief stop overs for refreshments. There will be plenty of sight seeing along the way. Uganda being a beautiful country.

Chimp trekking

On this day we shall have an early morning breakfast before we head for briefing. During the briefing we shall be told about the chimps, the dos and don'ts, and what to expect in the forest. Then the trek shall begin. It usually last about 3 hours. In the afternoon we shall go to the community for a community activity.

Transfer to bwindi forest national park

We shall transfer from kibale forest to bwindi forest national park. The drive takes us further west close to the Rwanda boarder. The drives passes through queen Elizabeth national park however we shall not have a stop over. There will be plenty to view along the way till we get to bwindi forest.

Gorilla trekking

On this day we shall head for the start point for the brief about the gorillas and a small cultural entertainment from the batwa community dance group. After we shall be grouped and later we head into the forest to start the trek. It could last between 3 to 10 hours depending where the gorillas are.

Return to entebbe

We shall check out from the lodge and drive back to Entebbe. The drive last approximately 10 hours. However we shall have as many stop overs along the way to stretch and sightseeing. We shall also stop for lunch and souvenir shopping if interested at the equator point.
