You'll be picked up from the hotel early in the morning by a tour guide and head to Masai Mara National Reserve. You'll arrive and be checked in at your room. After breakfast, you'll leave for a full-day game drive carrying a packed lunch. Masai Mara is host to the highest and most varied concentration of wild animals than any other wildlife park in the region. The scenic appeal of the tree-studded savannah plains, the moderate climate, and the diversity of wild game species make it a one-stop shop for wildlife-viewing activities. You'll traverse the Masai Mara reserve on wildlife viewing drives encountering the Big Five and more of the lesser game. You will visit the Mara River to watch hippos and crocodiles. After breakfast, you'll check out and head to Lake Naivasha. Arrive at your resort in time for check-in and have lunch. Much of the lake is surrounded by forests of the yellow-barked acacia Xanthophlea, known as the yellow fever tree whereby these forests abound with birdlife, and Naivasha is known as a world-class birding. You'll have a nice afternoon at the lodge which enjoys 360° vistas that stretch from the sparkling waters of Lake Naivasha to the jagged volcanic crater of Mount Longonot, to the Ol Donyo Opurru (or Ebburu) Hills, and beyond to the shoulders of the Aberdare Mountains and forests. Thereafter, in the afternoon after lunch, head to Hell’s Gate National Park.
