Arrival in Lake Eyasi

We will pick you up early in the morning at your hotel or airport. After a brief introduction, the tour to Lake Eyasi starts. You'll arrive in time for lunch at Tindiga Tented Camp, Kisima Ngeda Tent Camp, or Lake Eyasi Tented Camp. You will relax in your rooms. Later, you will spend the whole of the afternoon exploring the lake helped by the locals. During the dry season, you walk through the dried lake and the bush. You will return to your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Hunting and Drive back to Arusha

After breakfast, you will depart for your cultural tour with the Hadza community. This is your day with a typical cultural tribe and engage in real hunting together. It is a tribe of hunters and collectors, which formerly inhabited the Serengeti, but was forced away by stronger and more aggressive tribes. The Hadza live in traditional ways, hunting game such as dik-diks and collecting honey. Their huts are simple, built in a few hours, and easily abandoned. Like other people of hunters and collectors, the San tribe of the Kalahari in southern Africa, the Hadza speak a click language. After hunting and engagement with the tribe, you will depart for Arusha with a stop for your lunch on the way. Later, you will be dropped off at your hotel or proceed to the airport for the flight.
