On the 70 km safari drive, you'll encounter herds of buffalos, elephants, bucks, and possibly elusive leopards. This region is known for rare antelope species like elands and roans.
Shingwedzi camp, nestled along the river, offers stunning views. You'll spend time on a bench by the river, observing wildlife. The camp provides amenities like a swimming pool, laundry services, and a quaint shop.
On arrival, you'll enjoy lunch at the camp restaurant (own expense). You'll relax by the pool or take a siesta. In the afternoon, you'll go on a safari along the river, passing waterholes favored by spotted hyenas and riverine forests, a haven for secretive leopards.

You'll embark on the final morning drive tracing the Shingwedzi River for potential predator sightings. After the drive, you'll savor breakfast before bidding farewell, setting course for Letaba.
The 109 km journey winds through Mopane grasslands, revealing herds of wildebeest, zebra, and elephants.
Nestled along the Letaba River, Letaba houses the renowned Elephant Hall—a museum dedicated to the magnificent 7, the 7 largest tuskers in Kruger’s history. Facilities include laundry, a curio shop, a swimming pool, and lookout points.

Departing from Letaba, our leisurely safari drive towards the exit gate offers a reflective journey through the captivating landscapes.
At approximately 10 am, you'll meet the transfer team in Phalaborwa and ensure your smooth return to Johannesburg. The scenic route over the Drakensberg escarpment unfolds. Arrival at O.R. Tambo Airport is anticipated between 5 and 6 pm.
