2 travelers on Start dateYou will be picked from your accommodation in the morning by an experienced guide taking you to the kopje “ hill” from where you can have a 360-degree angle aerial view of the greater part of Harare, thereafter you will be taken to a vibrant arts and crafts market where you can speak to the originators of the artworks - an open flea-market at Mbare where most tourists can feast their eyes on a colorful array of baskets, food, clothing and other items. Botanical Gardens as well as the parliament buildings are on offer and then head to the National Heroes Acre which was established in 1980 with the purpose of honouring Zimbabweans who died within and outside the country whilst fighting for the country independence. Conclude the tour with lunch at KwaMereki, or Mereki Market, arguably Zimbabwe’s most popular open-air barbecue and leisure spot.
