Day 2

Arusha City to Lake Manyara National Park

After having breakfast, your driver-guide will pick you up at your lodge with your picnic lunch boxes.

Once you arrive at the Lake Manyara National Park, you will be able to witness the stunning natural environment of acacia trees, shrubs, and magnificent land scarps. Lake Manyara National Park is a relatively small but diverse park located 120km west of Arusha. The park is named after the shallow Salt Lake that occupies 70% of its land. This soda lake is home to thousands of flamingos and over 500 bird species.

During your exploration of the park, you will come across different wild animals such as monkeys, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, buffaloes, and elephants. If you are lucky, you may even spot legendary tree-climbing lions lounging in the trees. The park is known for its diverse landscapes, which include open grassy plains, primate-filled woodlands, and baobab-dotted cliffs. After a full-day game drive, you'll drive back to your lodge, dine and stay overnight.

Ngorongoro Crater

After enjoying a delicious breakfast, we will transfer you, along with your picnic lunch, to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area for an unforgettable game drive experience.

The Ngorongoro Conservation Area is a UNESCO World Heritage site and one of the natural wonders of Africa. During your visit to the crater, you will have the opportunity to explore spectacular landscapes, relax in a new environment, and spot all of the Big Five animals, including lions, buffalos, elephants, leopards, and black rhinos. You will also have the chance to see a variety of bird species, such as flamingos in the crater lakes, and other amazing natural environments within the crater. Get ready to witness many varieties of wild animals in just a matter of minutes!

After the game drives, you'll drive to the lodge for dinner and your overnight stay.

Tarangire National Park

After enjoying a delicious breakfast, we will transport you, along with your picnic lunch boxes, to Tarangire National Park for an exceptional game drive experience.

The park derives its name from the Tarangire River, which runs through it and is the only source of water for wildlife during the dry season. This park is renowned for its large herds of elephants, the giant's baobab tree, tree-climbing African pythons, and other wild animals such as lions, leopards, gazelles, zebras, giraffes, buffalos, various bird species, and plant species. Be prepared to catch sight of several different wild animals within minutes of entering the park.

After the game drives, you'll drive to the lodge for dinner and your overnight stay.
