Day 1

Arusha to Tarangire National Park

You will be picked up from your lodge or hotel with packed picnic lunch boxes and then proceed to Tarangire National Park for a game drive.

The park is famous for its large herds of elephants, giant baobab trees, and climbing African pythons. It spans an area of 1360 square kilometers (525 square miles) and comprises savannah vegetation with scattered baobab trees, alternating with open acacia woodland that provides food for wildlife, open bush plains, swamps, and rivers like the Tarangire River. You can spot various wildlife species such as elephants, zebras, giraffes, dik-diks, ostriches, and different species of birds.

After the game drive, you will have dinner and spend the night at the Farm of Dream Lodge.

After breakfast, you will start driving to Serengeti National Park via the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. You will be able to enjoy a game drive while en route.

Serengeti National Park is home to a diverse range of wildlife, including wildebeest, elephants, impalas, buffalo, crocodiles, and hippos. However, the park is most famous for its great herds of migrating zebras, gazelles, and wildebeests. The animals' migration is influenced by the rainfall and varies yearly. While wildebeest migration happens all year round, the best places to spot them during certain times of the year may vary.

Then you will stay overnight at Tanzania Bush Camp in central Serengeti.

After having breakfast, you will start your full-day game drive in Serengeti with your picnic lunch boxes.

This park covers an area of 14,763 sq. km, offering you an endless plain to explore as per the Maasai Language. You will have the opportunity to spot wildlife such as lions, cheetahs, Thompson and Grant gazelles, zebras, elephants, and rhinos in this beautiful Serengeti. Day 4

After waking up, you'll enjoy your breakfast before embarking on a morning game drive. Later on, you'll take a leisurely drive through Serengeti to reach Ngorongoro.

This conservation area is the natural habitat of approximately 30,000 animals and is often referred to as "Africa's Eden" and the eighth Natural Wonder of the World. A visit to the crater is a must-see attraction for tourists visiting Tanzania, and it's considered a world-class destination. Inside the crater rim, you can witness large herds of zebra and wildebeest grazing nearby, while lions rest in the sun. At dawn, the endangered black rhino returns to the dense cover of the crater forests after grazing on dew-covered grass in the morning mist. Just outside the crater's ridge, you can see the Nomadic Maasai community grazing their cattle and goats over green pastures on the highland slopes.

After breakfast, you'll begin your descent to the crater with your picnic lunch in tow. You'll take a beautiful 6-hour tour of the crater and explore the unique attractions found near this historical caldera. Here, you'll witness the harmonious coexistence of man and wildlife. Keep an eye out for lion, elephant, rhino, buffalo, hippo, wildebeest, warthog, and zebra, and don't miss the chance to see Lake Magadi, Lerai Forest, and Ngoitokito Swamp. After your picnic lunch, you'll drive back to Arusha for your overnight stay or Kilimanjaro International Airport for departure to another destination.
