Day 1

Nairobi to Lake Nakuru

Upon arrival at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, you will be met by our representative, who will hand you over to your tour guide-driver and transfer you to Lake Nakuru National Park. It is a protected game sanctuary for endangered species of black and white rhinos among other game such as leopards and lions. You will have lunch at the camp, followed by an afternoon game drive until sunset. Dinner and your overnight stay are at the lodge.

Day 2

Enjoy an early morning delicious breakfast followed by departure for the world-renowned Masai Mara National Reserve, which means “spotted plains” in the Maa language. This is home to the greatest concentration of large mammals and is widely recognized as Africa’s ultimate wildlife reserve. This reserve is neighboring Tanzania’s Serengeti, which makes this place famous for staging the annual wildebeest migration.

Check-in upon arrival, followed by lunch, and depart for an evening game-viewing drive. Prepare for the spectacular sceneries of rolling savannahs dotted with patchy shrubs and bush thickets. We drive through never-ending plains and witness the abundant variety of wildlife that you have only seen before on television! Afterwards, head back to the camp for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 3

Masai Mara National Reserve

Masai Mara National Reserve

On this day, you have the opportunity to explore this great reserve in depth. You may see elephant, giraffe, prides of lion, and thousands of impala, topi, and Grant's and Thomson's gazelle. Birds are prolific, including immigrants; 450 bird species have been recorded, among them 57 birds of prey.

The Mara is the scene of the annual migration of millions of wildebeest from the Serengeti plains in search of water and grass. While in the Mara, you will have the option to float above the Mara-Serengeti ecosystem on a hot-air balloon, followed by a gourmet champagne breakfast (at an extra cost). Also, on this day, you can visit the Maasai villages and learn more about the Maasai culture (at an extra cost).

After a long day of enjoying the beauty that the park has to offer, you will head back to the camp for relaxation, dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 4

Masai Mara to Lake Naivasha

Wake up to an early breakfast and relaxation, then check out and make your way to Lake Naivasha, the first Rift Valley Lakes. It is set at the foot of Mount Longonot on the north side. It was on Lake Naivasha that East Africa’s first air passengers used to land in the flying boats of Imperial Airways.

After lunch at the lodge, enjoy a walk by the shores of the lake and take a boat ride to Crescent Island. You will see a variety of birds hovering above as you enjoy the amazing views. Later, head back to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay. You still have a chance to view wildlife from the hotel room.
