Day 1

After an early breakfast at your hotel in Zanzibar, you will drive straight to the airport to catch your flight to Ndutu at around 7:35 and arrive at 10:30 am. Lake Ndutu area, situated in the Ngorongoro conservation area, part of the southern Serengeti eco-system. Lake Ndutu is alkaline, like most of the other Rift lakes, however, the water is still drinkable and used by a wide array of local wildlife. The majority of the wildebeest migration can normally be found on the short-grass plains from December to April. The area is usually heavily populated with elephant, birds and resident game. The Ndutu Region forms part of the northern section of Ngorongoro Conservation Area and stretches to the unfenced southern reaches of the Serengeti National Park, a meeting point between these two incredible wilderness areas. After Lunch and an extensive game drive, you will head straight to your accommodation for relaxation, dinner and overnight. You will spend two nights in Ndutu.

Day 3

Ndutu to Central Serengeti National Park

Early morning after breakfast at around 8:00 am, you will drive straight to Serengeti National Park. At the Naabi Hill entrance gate, you can walk to a viewpoint with spectacular views across the endless plains of the Serengeti. Hot lunch will be served either at the gate or en route towards the heart of Serengeti with an incredible setup by your guide inside the bush. The Serengeti National Park is home to the largest concentration of wildlife than anywhere else on the planet.
You will have an unlimited drive until in the evening where you will drive straight to your tented camp or lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Today you will depart early after your delicious breakfast to Ngorongoro crater with a game drive en route. The Ngorongoro Crater is a breathtakingly beautiful setting and the best place in East Africa to see the Big Five. It is one of the most beautiful natural wildlife safari sites in the world and an exceptional place to interact with people from the Maasai Society. On reaching the crater’s edge, the 20 km diameter caldera opens up before you in all its stunning glory and you will descend into the crater on an adventurous trail. This World Heritage Site is seasonally home to over 25,000 animals including a wide range of bird species, hyenas and the endangered black rhino. Hot Lunch will be served at a picnic spot at the hippo pool and after that, you will continue to explore the crater.
After exploration, you will ascend the crater and drive straight to Arusha Airport (ARK) to catch your flight to Zanzibar.
