Day 1

Maun to Okavango Delta

Maun to Okavango Delta

We will pick you up from Maun Airport on arrival. Your adventure begins shortly after, as you head for the southern tip of the Okavango Delta. Upon reaching the Mokoro station, you will meet your poler/guide who will brief you about activities and safety during your stay, before boarding a Mokoro. You will glide silently through the ever-changing web of crystal waterways until you reach one of its many islands where you will set up camp. You will be camping here for two nights. In the late afternoon, you'll enjoy a guided bush walk that will introduce you to the sounds, sights, and smells of the African bush.

Today, following an early light breakfast, you will spend the rest of the day exploring this pristine African wilderness filled with wildlife, birds, and beautiful scenery. You’ll again glide along the waterways and allow for some great encounters with aquatic birds and mammals, experience the beauty of the Okavango on foot, as well as have excellent photographic opportunities. You'll head back to camp for lunch and a siesta before you head out again in search of wildlife in this area of rich biodiversity. Today’s afternoon activities may include lessons from your experienced poler/guide on how to pole a mokoro.

Day 3

Okavango Delta to Moremi Game Reserve

Okavango Delta to Moremi Game Reserve

After a light breakfast at sunrise, you will say goodbye to Okavango Delta and head for the Moremi Game Reserve. The Moremi Game Reserve is known for having some of the best wildlife viewing in the Okavango Delta. Upon arrival, you will find your camp ready with tents erected. You will spend the next two days exploring this wildlife-rich and diverse area, enjoying the scenery capturing these moments in your mind, and experiencing the photographic opportunities of a lifetime.

Your day begins at sunrise. After a light breakfast, you will depart for a morning game drive where you will visit the wildlife-rich areas of Black Pools and Xinyi. You'll return to camp for brunch and a siesta, followed by a late afternoon game drive to explore other areas of this wilderness destination comprising a stunning landscape of forests, lagoons, floodplains, and islands - making it a wildlife haven.
You will return to camp after sunset to a roaring campfire, and dinner under the stars before retiring to your comfortable tents.
