Everything has been planned and organized and now it's time to enjoy and start your journey with us. Welcome to Uganda! After introducing you to your guide and answering your questions, we'll take you out to show you all that this amazing country has to offer.

Entebbe is the main air gateway to Uganda. It stands on the lush northern shore of Lake Victoria – the world's second-largest freshwater body – only an hour’s drive south of the capital Kampala. It's a very relaxed and low-rise city, offering a good choice of lakeshore restaurants, abundant greenery, and some of the best urban bird watching anywhere in Africa.

We shall spend one night in Entebbe as you unwind from your arrival and get set to start your amazing 15 days adventure in Uganda.

On the second day in Uganda we shall rise up early at 8:00am have breakfast and set off for Lake Mburo national park, this journey will take us through numerous districts in Uganda and also through an Equator point where we shall have a lunch stop over and also an Equator experience.

Lake Mburo National Park is conveniently located halfway between Kampala and the Gorilla Highlands of southwest Uganda and our journey will take us 4 hours. The park offers your best chance anywhere in Uganda of spotting an elusive leopard. Lake Mburo itself is home to large numbers of hippo and aquatic birds including the localized African finfoot. Other wildlife includes buffalo, giraffe, zebra and Uganda's only population of the impala antelope (for which Kampala is named).

On arrival we shall check into our lodge, and then head for an afternoon boat cruise that may lead us to see numerous wildlife. After this activity we head back to the lodge and relax with an evening campfire plus dinner.

Experience the serenity of an early morning safari walk in Lake Mburo Park. Accompanied by experienced guides, venture into the heart of the park on foot, immersing yourself in the sights and sounds of nature awakening. Spot herds of zebras gracefully grazing, antelopes leaping through the grasslands, and a kaleidoscope of birdlife painting the sky.

After the safari walk, return to your lodge for a hearty breakfast, replenishing your energy for the day's adventures ahead. Then, embark on a scenic journey towards Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, a drive filled with panoramic vistas and glimpses of rural life.

Arriving at Bwindi, you'll feel the anticipation building for the incredible encounter awaiting you – the majestic mountain gorillas. Check into your lodge, where the melodies of birdsong create a soothing ambiance.

The mountain gorilla trekking process in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest is a meticulously organized adventure. It begins with a briefing by park officials at 7:00am, outlining safety protocols and guidelines. Visitors are grouped into small parties, each assigned a knowledgeable guide. Trekking routes vary in difficulty, catering to different fitness levels.

As the trek commences, guides lead participants through dense foliage, often ascending steep terrain. Along the way, they share insights into the forest's biodiversity and the gorillas' habitat. Trek durations vary, ranging from a few hours to a full day, depending on the gorillas' location.

Upon encountering a gorilla family, visitors are instructed to maintain a safe distance and observe quietly. The allotted hour spent in their presence offers an intimate glimpse into their daily lives

After the encounter, trekkers retrace their steps back to the starting point and are awarded certificates for there achievement.

You’ll wake up early in time for breakfast at 6:30am before heading to the park headquarters by 7:00am. Here, you'll receive a briefing from the park rangers before embarking on a group trek with an armed ranger to encounter chimpanzees in their natural habitat. Capture memorable moments with videos and photographs during this unique experience.

After the trek, return to the lodge for a delicious lunch and some short relaxation to recharge. Around 3:00pm, you’ll head to the Bigodi wetlands for a swamp walk. Accompanied by a local guide, explore the biodiversity of the area and spot birds like the great blue turaco, as well as observe primates in their natural habitat.

Return to the lodge in the evening for relaxation and reflection, enjoying the serene atmosphere at the lodge. As a tip, check out the episode “Apes” on the second season of the Netflix series "Animals,” which is based in Kibale, to get a glimpse of what awaits you!

As travelers approach Murchison Falls National Park, anticipation builds for the iconic sight that awaits: the breathtaking spectacle of the Nile River squeezing through a narrow gorge, plummeting into the abyss below with thunderous force.

Upon arrival at Murchison Falls, the first order of business is to visit the top of the falls.

• You will wake up at 5:30 am and get ready to start your day at 6:00 am with a packed breakfast, preparing for an adventure-filled day ahead.

• You'll enjoy the game drive for 4 hours which hopefully leads you to see different wildlife as shown like the giraffes, lions, buffaloes, leopards, hartebeests, Uganda Kobs, antelopes, elephants, and many others.

• At 10:00 am, you'll return to the lodge and relax after the eventful game drive and can review all your pictures of the wild animals you got to see.

• At 2:00 pm, you'll go on a 2-hour relaxing and mesmerizing boat safari along the famous Nile River. You'll cruise past lush riverbanks full of wildlife, including hippos, crocodiles, and various bird species. You'll take in the scenic beauty and tranquillity of the surroundings.
